One thing to do before we meet

Before our first session, I ask that you read and sign my Consent & Disclosure Agreement. It's short — it outlines how I work, what you can expect, and the boundaries that keep our work safe and clear.

You don't need to prepare anything else; your body brings everything we need into the session.

Scheduling your sessions

Use the link below to book your next session. If you're planning to meet weekly or bi-weekly, feel free to book a few sessions ahead — it makes it easier to hold times that work well for your rhythm.

All sessions are held via phone, FaceTime, or WhatsApp (choose the option that fits you best).

Your weekly check-in

Before each session, you'll receive a brief check-in form. It gives me a sense of how your system has been responding in the week since we last met — what's shifting, what's feeling tender, what needs attention.

What to Expect in Our Work Together

Sessions Are Gentle and Deep

This work supports your nervous system, energy patterns, and the communication loops that have been overworked, confused, or stuck since illness or prolonged stress.

We’ll track:

  • what your system responds to

  • where the body is ready to release effort

  • what helps restore clarity, resilience, and coherence

You Don’t Need to Prepare Anything

Come exactly as you are.
Your body brings everything we need into the session.

A Gentle, Steady Rebalancing

You might notice small shifts at first — more space, better breathing, a drop in background tension, a clearer sense of “I can do this.”

Over time, these shifts accumulate into meaningful change.

Session Logistics & Policies

Format

All sessions are held virtually via phone or videoconference (WhatsApp or Facetime).
You’ll be able to choose the option that works best for you when you schedule.

Length

Standard sessions are 60 minutes.

What You Need

  • A comfortable, quiet place

  • A way to rest or recline

  • Water

  • A bit of time after the session if you can (integration helps)

Payment

I'll invoice you after each session. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or Venmo.

Cancellation / Rescheduling

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full fee. If something urgent comes up, let me know — I understand life happens.

Confidentiality

Everything you share is confidential, with the exception of legal requirements (immediate risk of harm, court orders, etc.).

Scope of Practice

I am a complementary wellness practitioner — not a medical or mental health provider. My work supports your body’s natural capacity to heal; it does not replace licensed care.

You’ll continue to consult your primary providers for medical or psychological concerns.
