Long COVID disrupts at least seven interconnected systems: cortisol regulation, mitochondrial function, insulin sensitivity, thyroid output, gut function, inflammation signaling, and the nervous system underneath all of them. Most treatment addresses these one at a time. I work at the level of the underlying threat signal that's keeping all of them in emergency mode simultaneously.
