Refund Policy & Results Disclaimer

At Kari Mitchell Healing, we want you to feel informed and comfortable when deciding to work with us. We understand that committing to a program or purchasing a service is a meaningful decision, and we believe our refund terms should be clear from the beginning.

1. Five-Business-Day Cooling-Off Period

We offer a five-business-day cooling-off period beginning on the date of purchase.

If you request a refund within this period, and your program has not yet begun, you are eligible for a full refund. No explanation is required.

A program begins with your first live session.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Once your first live session has taken place, refund requests are handled under the provisions below, even if the five-business-day period has not yet expired.

2. Program Purchases and Withdrawals

After the cooling-off period has ended or your first live session has taken place, program purchases are generally non-refundable.

Enrollment in a program represents a commitment of time, resources, and availability on our part. We reserve capacity and prepare to provide individualized support throughout your participation.

We also recognize that circumstances can change, particularly for people living with complicated or unpredictable health conditions.

If you need to withdraw from a program, please contact us to discuss your circumstances. Requests for exceptions will be reviewed individually.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a partial refund, credit, or another appropriate arrangement. These decisions are made at our discretion, subject to applicable law, and are not guaranteed.

A decision to provide an exception in one situation does not establish an obligation to provide the same exception in other circumstances.

3. Individual Sessions: Cancellations and No-Shows

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an individual session.

We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, particularly when managing chronic or unpredictable health conditions, and we appreciate as much advance notice as you can provide.

We reserve the right to charge for appointments that are missed without notice.

Individual sessions that have already been delivered are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law.

4. If We Cannot Deliver a Purchased Service

If Kari Mitchell Healing cancels a service or is unable to deliver a purchased program, we will provide an appropriate refund for services not delivered or offer another mutually agreed resolution.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Every person's experience is different.

Our work combines energetic practices, education, and individualized support. People come to us with different histories, circumstances, and goals, and their responses to our work vary.

We do not promise or guarantee any particular result, including improvements in symptoms, physical functioning, energy, emotional well-being, quality of life, or recovery from illness.

Participation in a session or program does not guarantee symptom resolution, recovery, or any other specific outcome.

Testimonials, client stories, and personal experiences shared through our website, writing, or other communications reflect individual experiences. They should not be interpreted as promises that you will experience similar results.
