The 5-minute practice from my articles—but deeper. I'll teach you how to feel the energy shift, how to know it's working, and how to adapt it when you're crashing vs when you're stable.

How to ask your body what it actually needs—which supplements, which practices, which activities are supportive vs depleting. This is the foundation of becoming your own healer.

The technique I use in sessions to work with the inflammatory patterns that keep your mitochondria under attack. You'll learn to do this for yourself.

How to use muscle testing to figure out which of the mitochondrial support nutrients (CoQ10, creatine, NAD+, etc.) your body is actually asking for—so you're not supplementing blindly.

I started experimenting with energy healing when I was sick with Lyme Disease. My opening question was always “Could it possible be to do …X?” In ways, my (let’s be honest) desperation, mixed with my relentless curiosity about what was possible, pushed me further into the unknown realm of energy work than I would ever have dreamed.
From those early days of practicing, reading, and studying everything I could find, to today, when I’m using these tools and teaching them to others, life has taken me on a challenging, wildly unexpected journey.
