If someone you trust shared this page with you, it’s because they see your effort, your frustration, and your hope—even on the hard days.

You don’t have to do this alone.

I’m so glad you’re here….

If you’ve been living with one of the more than 200 reported symptoms* of Long COVID and you still haven’t found relief, you’re not alone.

Long COVID doesn’t just affect your health. It affects your identity—your confidence, your independence, your sense of who you are in your own life.

But it doesn’t have to stay that way.

I’ve worked with people living with chronic and complex illnesses for more than a decade, and I’ve noticed something unique about Long COVID—it changes people in ways I haven’t seen with Lyme, chronic fatigue, or other “mystery” conditions. But I’m also seeing that when we target our energy work at COVID itself, it can change back in a way we don’t see in these other illnesses, as well.

Long COVID doesn’t have to be your forever. Let’s set up a time to talk, and start getting you relief.
