Focused Relief is a four-week, symptom-targeted program designed to calm the pattern underneath that pain, pressure, or tension. We identify where the body is holding that specific stress signal and use gentle energy-based work to help it release.
What Focused Relief does
Each session focuses on the area your body keeps protecting — the place that hasn’t yet gotten the “all clear.” Through nervous-system-based energy techniques, we’ll:
Unwind the tension or inflammation around one dominant symptom
Re-establish circulation and energetic flow through the affected region
Support the broader system (nervous, endocrine, immune) to integrate that relief
When your body feels safe in one area, the rest of the system begins to follow.

Investment: $400 (payment plans available upon request)
Three 60-minute private sessions over four weeks (via Zoom)
A personalized self-care plan with short daily tools to reinforce relief between sessions
Optional email check-ins for ongoing guidance
